The petitioner seeks regular bail in Mahila P.S. Case No. 121/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A), 354(c) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8/12 of P.O.C.SO. Act.
It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner along with co-accused Suraj Kumar always used to see the victim girl with bad intention.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Suraj Kumar has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 26.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65164/2018. Petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2018 having clean antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74418 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge Ist-cum-Special Judge P.O.C.S.O., Patna in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 121/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of petitioner.
