Mr.Raj Ballabh Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, these petitioners are alleged to have killed the daughter of informant by administering poison to her.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21741 of 2022(2) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 that petitioners are in-laws of the deceased and they have never tortured the deceased. Petitioners are separate in mess and business from the deceased and her husband. The husband of the deceased has not been accused in this case due to ulterior motive. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts of the case and clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani PS case No. 179/ 2021, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
