Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 342, 323, 427, 379, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S.Case No.430 of 2020.

As per the prosecution case, when the informant Ram Vinay Singh (ASI) was on patrolling along with the police party,

No.29736 of 2021(3) dt.02-03-2022 2/3 he got an information that co-accused Yogendra Manjhi along with his associates had invaded the house of Radhey Shyam Manjhi and they were indulged in stone pelting. When the police party went to the house of Radhey Shayam Manjhi for his rescue, the accused persons named in the FIR damaged the jeep of the police and they also hurled stones on the police party. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the main allegation is on Yogendra Manjhi and not on the petitioners.

From perusal of the FIR, it transpires that there is allegation against the petitioners and so many other accused persons and they indulged in stone pelting on the police party, but none has sustained any injury.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Chapra in connection with Chapra (M) P.S.Case No.430 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by
