Perused the record. On 17.11.2017 also no one appeared on behalf of petitioners and today it is submitted that the petitioners have taken away the file but no another Advocate has been engaged to argue in this criminal miscellaneous. It reveals that the petitioners have lost interest in this criminal miscellaneous, resulting, he has taken away the file and has not filed fresh Vakalatnama.

In the result, this criminal miscellaneous is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
