The petitioner is facing prosecution in connection with Bhadour P.S. Case 19 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 143, 341, 323, 224, 225, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

This present has been lodged by A.S.I of police. It is alleged that one criminal apprehended by the police, managed to flee away from the place of occurrence and when an attempt was made to take the said accused person in custody, the other coaccused persons gathered at the place of occurrence obstructed the police. It is stated that seven persons named in the F.I.R. along

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47827 of 2016 (2) dt.10-11-2016 with more than 100 unknown persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the other co-accused persons named in the F.I.R. have been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 22.10.2016 in Cr.Misc. No.46346 of 2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Barh,Patna, in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016. Subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family members.
