The only prayer of the petitioner in this writ application reads as follows:- "Commanding the respondents to allocate and give adequate funds to the respondent circle officer, Barh to enable him to make payments of admitted dues of the petitioner in respect of supplies of petroleum products taken from the petitioner for governmental use."

Learned counsel for the State at the outset having invited averments to the counter affidavit and its enclosed photocopy of the cheque dated 27.03.2009 in the name of the petitioner for a sum of Rs. 58,309/-

Patna High Court CWJC No.2913 of 2009 (3) dt.09-01-2015 submits that whatever admitted dues was payable to the petitioner has already been paid.

That being so, this writ application is disposed of as having become infructuous.
