ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case No.764/12 (tr.No.2634/2014) for the offence under Section 498(A) of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing and ready to keep O.P.No.2 with full dignity and honour and there shall be no recurrence of any such act. Considering the nature of the allegation and also undertaking made by the petitioner, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within three weeks from today be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47720 of 2014 (4) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabhua, in Complaint Case No.764/12, Tr. No.2634/14 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. It is made clear that in case of recurrence of any such act the O.P.No.2 will be at liberty to move appropriate court for redressal of her grievance.
