2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) To issue of writ of mandamus or any other writ writs, or direction or

Patna High Court CWJC No.13406 of 2015(3) dt.08-07-2025 2/3 directions commanding upon the respondants authorities to pay the compensations as their lands i.e. 6 decimals of petitioner no.1 pertaining to Surey Plot no. 72/Chak Khata No. 50, Surey Plot No. 331/Chak Plot No. 256 and 8 decimals of petitioner no. 2 pertaining to Surey Khata No. 30/Chak Khata No. 23, Surey Plot No. 331/Chak Plot No. 245 situated in village-Mirian (Khurd), P.S.-Sohnan, District- Kaimur are being used for construction of approach road to bridge made over of the river Durgawati without acquiring the said land.

(b) To pass any such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem just proper in facts the and and circumstances of the case.

3. The short order dated 21.12.2022 by the Coordinate Bench record as under: Yesterday nobody appeared for the petitioners and the matter was dismissed for default.

At the time of rising, prayer was made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in absence of learned counsel for the respondents.

Considering the prayer, the writ petition was restored by this Court and today when the matter has been called out, again a

Patna High Court CWJC No.13406 of 2015(3) dt.08-07-2025 3/3 prayer for adjournment has been made by the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, let this matter be placed on 16th January, 2023.

4. It seems the petitioner has lost interest in the case.
