The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, as per the written report of Rajeev Kumar, Circle Officer, Pipra dated 20.11.2018 submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19865 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/3 to the Station House Officer of Pipra Police Station, is to the effect that on the same day at 3.00 P.M., the informant, Revenue Karamchari, Circle Guard and Assistant Sub-Inspector made enquiry with regard to claim of Bodhnarayan Singh and found that the accused persons have harvested paddy crop from the agricultural land of Bodhnarayan Singh appertaining to Khata No. 27, Plot No. 510 measuring area of 6 katha 4 dhurs. The informant demanded the papers with regard to the land in question, whereupon the accused persons made assault to the police personnel and the informant, Revenue Karamchari. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against all the accused persons and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent.

Learned APP submits that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the accusation being omnibus and general and statement being made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19865 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 3/3 within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 268 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
