====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sadar (Purnia) P. S. Case No. 42/2025 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 52.5 litres illicit liquor was recovered from the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got three

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Judge, Excise-I, Purnia in connection with Sadar (Purnia) P. S. Case No. 45 of 2025.
