====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

From the narrative of the fardbeyan it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against each of the four petitioners. The head injury on the person of the informant is attributed to one Komal Yadav. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the informant has not suffered any

Let petitioners, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and apply for regular bail, which should be considered in the light of the nature of injuries suffered by the informant. In case, the injuries on the person of the informant is found simple, the petitioners be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bail bonds, amount of sureties whereof shall be fixed by the court below, otherwise the court below shall be at liberty to pass appropriate order in accordance with law. Necessary verification in this regard be made within two weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below.
