2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) , 36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . It is alleged that 36 liters foreign liquor was recovered from hut situated near the house of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged hut. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner has got 1 criminal antecedent of similar nature in which he is on bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and other circumstances of case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned special Judge Excise Act - 1st Patna in connection with Gardanibag Police Station Case No. 32 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
