JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-08-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 80 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 447, 448, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.01.2023.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the injured. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 21429 of 2023(3) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 80 of 2022.
