The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 18.5.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in G.R. No. 404 of 2013 in Mahila P.S. Case No. 07 of 2013 under section 354, 341, 323, 509, 379, 448, 34 of the Indian Penal Code by which petition filed under section 227 of the Cr.P.C. was rejected.

It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the case.

The petition is accordingly dismissed for nonprosecution granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points at an appropriate stage before trial court. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U T
