JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 193 of 2014 registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that the informant on being persuaded by co-accused, Indradeo Prasad, agent of Head Post Office, Chapra, opened four accounts under the M.I.S. scheme and deposited Rs. 12 lacs. Later on, Indradeo Prasad in collusion with official of the post office withdrawn the said amount. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of alleged occurrence petitioner was Assistant in the said

It is further submitted that co-accused, Ranjit Kumar Singh and Raj Kumar Prasad @ Raj Kumar Gupta, officials of the petitioner, have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by Bench of this Court vide orders dated 28.09.2015 and 08.09.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. nos. 39490 of 2015 and 13802 of 2015 respectively.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 193 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
