JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2020 Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shyam Kumar, learned APP for the State. The petitioners, who are in custody since 19.02.2020, seeks bail in connection with Giriyak P. S. Case No. 263 of 2019 dated 23.07.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 138, 149, 323, 364, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

It has been urged on behalf of the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against them. The injury suffered by the victim are stated to be simple in

The similarly situated persons are stated to have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court. Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak P. S. Case No. 263 of 2019.
