Binoda Nand Jha v. The State Of Bihar And ORS
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA
Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 7279 of 2011 ====================================================== Binoda Nand Jha .... .... Petitioner/s
Versus
The State of Bihar & Ors .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : None For the Respondent/s : AC to GA 13 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 6.
18-02-2016 On call, none appeared on behalf of petitioner either to press the petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. Learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 13, in view of earlier order, submits that he has received instruction, which suggests that in the departmental proceeding the petitioner was finally exonerated and thereafter, the relief, which has been sought for in the present writ petition i.e. grant of benefit of 1st and 2nd A.C.P., has already been granted to the petitioner.
Be that as it may, since none has appeared on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed due to nonprosecution. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
