JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11/ 21-08-2017 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the Petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to typographical error in the 6th line of 4th paragraph of the order dated 01.08.2017, by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail, „Nauvagarhi‟ has been typed, whereas, it should have been "Gulzar Pokar, Munger". Further, in the eleventh line of the same paragraph and in fifth line of sixth paragraph, „Shyam Gupta‟ has been typed in place "Shyam Gupta Singh".

In view of such, 6th line of 4th paragraph of the order dated 01.08.2017 is modified to the extent that in place of „Nauvagarhi', it should be read as "Gulzar Pokar, Munger". Similarly, 4th and 6th paragraph of the same order is modified to
