JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 26-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State through Video Conferencing. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 263 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 354, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is case and counter case from both sides. Both sides have received injury. Annexure-3 has been attached by the petitioner and he submits that from the side of the informant, simple injury has been received and others have been granted bail.

No.20016 of 2020(2) dt.26-06-2020 2/2 Looking to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 263 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a close relative. The petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
