2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.347 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 103, 61(2) & 3(5) of B.N.S. and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that Ranjeet Kumar fired at the head of the informant's son. After that Manjeet Kumar fired at the chest of the informant's son. It is further stated that Ashish Kumar and Sonu Kumar also fired which miss the informant's son.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the FIR it is clear that though the petitioner has been arrayed in FIR in the list of the accused persons but no overt act is alleged against him. Learned counsel

It has further been submitted that one Ramanand Chaudhary against whom there is allegation of exhorting has been granted bail by the learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 663 of 2026. The case of this petitioner stands on better footing. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he is in judicial custody since 22.11.2025.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned counsel for the Informant.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.347 of 2025.
