27-11-2015 On call, none appeared on behalf of petitioner either to press the petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. Sri Vivek Prasad, learned Govt. Pleader - 18, by way of referring to counter affidavit, submits that the writ petition is fit to be dismissed. He submits that in the writ petition, prayer has been made for payment of arrear of salary, whereas, the claim was in relation to a departmental proceeding, in which, punishment was imposed and such salary was withheld.
Be that as it may, since none appeared on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed due to nonprosecution. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
