The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case no. 106 of 2016, registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation of informant Parmanand Singh is that before 10 years the marriage of his daughter Rina Devi was performed with Ram Balak Singh, son of Gobind Mahto, Resident of village and P.S. Morkahi, District-Khagaria. It is alleged that the daughter of the informant was being tortured by her husband Rambalak Singh right from the beginning of her marriage and on 10.10.2016, the daughter of the informant was killed by her husband, brother-in-law, mother-inlaw and cousin father-in-law.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13391 of 2017 (2) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 Ram Sewak Singh and petitioner No.2 Ram Subuk Singh are brother-in-law, whereas petitioner No.3 Gayatri Devi is mother-in-law and petitioner No.4 Laddu Mahto is cousin father-in-law of the deceased. Further submission is that, in fact, daughter of the informant died due to cardiac arrest during the course of treatment regarding which information was also given to the informant and he had come and participated in funeral, but due to ulterior motive, informant lodged this case after four days of the occurrence. Moreover, the husband of the deceased is in custody.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No.106 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
