There was a direction to Director, Primary Education, to find out which of the two options given by the petitioner is required to be considered and the consequent order was required to be issued within three months. In pursuance of the said order, an order has been passed on 23rd of December, 2010 accepting the option of the petitioner for transfer to Middle School, Talhara. Learned State Counsel further submits that suspension of the petitioner stands revoked and even departmental proceeding has come to an end vide order dated
