The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rupouli P.S. Case No. 283 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 326, 307 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case on account of land dispute. There is case and counter case in between the parties. Further submission is that both the parties have sustained injuries.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7791 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Purnea in connection with Rupouli P.S. Case No. 283 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U
