2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant twice by means of iron rod and snatched gold chain from his neck and some cash from the pocket.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Injury allegedly caused by this petitioner is simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submits that petitioner has got nine criminal antecedents.

6. Considering nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
