2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015 for the offence registered under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 02.01.2015 by the informant, Randhir Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on 28.12.2014, the accused persons took away the informant's daughter and he has firm belief that she has been abducted for an illegal activity. The further allegation is that the girl is minor. Accordingly, the F.I.R.

4. At the outset, learned APP pointed out that the F.I.R. is of the year 2015 and the petitioner has belatedly approached this Court.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and on the sole ground that the petitioner has approached this Court after nine years, no anticipatory bail can be granted.

6. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected.

7. However, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks from today, the Court concerned shall take up the matter and dispose of the same preferably on the same day.
