Petitioner seeks bail in Goh P.S. Case No.182 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on confidential information the informant committed raid in the house of this petitioner and recovered one Apache motorcycle.

Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedents. The house is a joint property and the petitioner has no knowledge about the aforesaid motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.66638 of 2018(2) dt.19-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Goh P.S.
