JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 A show cause has been filed in which it is stated that the appeal filed by the petitioner has been disposed of vide order passed on 26.12.2014.

In that view of the matter, the present contempt application complaining of the non compliance of the direction of this Court passed in the writ petition also does not sustain and is accordingly disposed of.

The petitioner would be at liberty to question the order passed in appeal by way of an appropriate application before the appropriate forum.
