The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kharagpur P. S. Case No. 194 of 2017 dated 08.07.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is only distantly related to the husband of the complainant and against whom only general and omnibus allegation has been levelled, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66686 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/22018 before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.
