Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to approach before the competent authority for redressal of their grievances.
Permission is accorded.
If any such application is made/filed for provisional release by the owner of the goods or by the owner of the vehicle before the competent authority, the same shall be considered in accordance with law, within a period of two months, from the date of making/filing of such application.
The present writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation and liberty.
