The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Excise Case No. 74 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 47(A) of the Excise Act.

It is alleged that 35 litres of illicit country made liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner was absconding.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek
