2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.435 of 2012.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the parties happened to be Gotias and injuries have resulted from some scuffle relating to a petty dispute.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged and the nature of the injuries sustained by Chatrapatti Bind, being father of the informant, which is attributed to the petitioner which includes head injury and fracture,
