The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.508 of 2020 arising out of Piro P.S. Case No.69 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The informant, a police officer, after having receipt the secret inputs raided the house of the petitioner and recovered 49 litres of Indian made foreign liquor. The petitioner is in jail since 11.03.2020 for the recovery of 49 litres liquor from his joint house.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 31⁄2 months for the recovery of 49 litres of liquor, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
