However, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect within a period of four weeks. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with Excise Case No. 84 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence.
