The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that the petitioner No. 1 is mother-in-law of the deceased and petitioner No. 2 is brother of the husband of the deceased. It has further been submitted that the informant himself has filed a petition before the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, wherein he stated that her daughter died on account on illness.
In the written report itself it appears that there is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5030 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 general and omnibus allegation made against the petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named in the event of surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 195 of 2016, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
