JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 15-10-2020 Hard Mr. Rama Kant Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the State. In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 197 of 2019 registered for offence under Section 363/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl, namely, Madhu Kumari, recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. shows that she was forcefully taken to Delhi and put to sexual assault. Thereafter, she was re-shifted to Ludhiyana and, there also, she was sexually assaulted. Thereafter, her father was informed, he came there and brought back to her house. She has also stated that the petitioner is already a married person. Looking to the nature of offence as alleged against the

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of nine months from the date of restoration of normal court proceeding.
