2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on account of land dispute, on 15.07.2022, this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons, assaulted both the sons of the informant by means of lathi, danda as a result of which, one of the sons of the informant namely, Md. Gulrej died during course of the treatment. The specific accusation of assault is against the petitioner and Md. Asif Ali.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20777 of 2025(3) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 as well as the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Neha/- U T
