Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and admittedly, deceased died after 20 years of her marriage. The police after investigation, submitted charge sheet for the offences punishable under sections 306, 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that deceased died of her ailment and when the aforesaid fact came to notice of the informant, she filed petition before the court below as well as before police official.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
