The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. C-1/271/2015 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioner No. 1 is mother-in-law and petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 are brothers-inlaw(Dewar) of the daughter of the complainant. From the complaint petition itself, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. C1/271/2015, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheohar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
