2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 67 of 2023 arising out of Barachatti P.S. Case No. 811 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 18, 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. The recovery is of 5 kg of opium from the petitioner.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected twice. The petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2023.
