2. Earlier the petitioners was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 08.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32036 of 2023, they were directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks with condition/s:- (i). The petitioners are directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of the petitioners is liable to cancelled.

3. The petitioner no. 1 namely, Anil Kumar aged about 61 suffering from old ailments and the Petitioner no. 2 namely, Ashish Raj is posted in Noida as Assistant Engineer. So, it is difficult to attend each and every date before the learned Trial Court situated at Bihar Sharif, Nalanda.
4. In view of the aforesaid fact, the petitioners are directed to be physically present as and when required by the Trial Court, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda.
6. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 08.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32036 of 2023 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) Jyoti/- U T
