This is an application for quashing of the order dated 7.1.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Karja P.S. Case No. 143 of 2014, G.R. No. 2907 of 2014, Tr. No. 4031 of 2015 whereby and whereunder cognizance was taken under Sections 341, 323, 427, 54, 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3/4 of the Dayan Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as he is unaware of the present status of the case, liberty be granted to raise all the points before the Trial Court if the same has not been concluded.
