Ten bottles each containing 650 ml of Kingfisher Supreme Strong Beer was seized from the possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner happens to be under custody since 16.10.2016, having no criminal antecedent as is evident from Para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Santosh Kumar @ Langda is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Barahiya P. S. Case no.191 of 2016.
