The petitioner being a husband apprehend his arrest in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 341 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) 406 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready and willing to keep his wife with full dignity and honour.

Considering the bona fide offer made by the petitioner that he is ready and willing to keep his wife with full dignity and honour and there shall be no recurrence of untoward incident so as to attract the provision of Section

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47987 of 2014 (4) dt.03-08-2015 498A of the Indian Penal Code., let the petitioner, in the event of his/their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 341 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
