The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sarairanjan P.S.Case No. 239 of 2017 registered under Sections 272 & 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(a), 38(i) (ii) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act 2016. Considering the alleagtion that the petitioner and one another were involved in supply of illicit liqour to consumers, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application for pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
