The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner by order dated 29.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.50014 of 2021 to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges against the petitioner have been framed on 09.03.2022 (Annexure-3) to the bail application.

Since the charges have been framed against the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22278 of 2022(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 pending in connection with S.T. No.132 of 2022 arising out of Pranpur (Roshna) P. S. Case No.51 of 2021.

However, it is made clear that if the learned Court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned Court below shall forthwith cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons.

The petition stands disposed of.
