2 Learned counsel for the University states that pursuant to the order of the Writ Court, as affirmed by the Division Bench with the modification aforesaid, the order has been complied and substantial money, by way of interest, has been paid. 3 Let it be noted that arrears of salary and pensionary benefit, as such, have already been paid.

4 In that view of the matter, this proceeding stands disposed of.
