The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 81 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 325, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The application for anticipatory bail of Sudama Yadav, who has caused grievous injury is dismissed. Considering the allegations and the land dispute, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed on behalf of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31939 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 petitioner no. 2 namely Dharmendra Yadav.
Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Siwan in connection with Barharia P.S.
