Petitioner is said to have made attempt to commit rape on 12 years old girl having entered into her house but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that no such occurrence, as alleged in the first information report, had ever taken place and, as a matter of fact, due to village politics, this false case has been lodged by the informant. However, when the informant as well as her family members learnt the real fact, they entered into the compromise, which is evident from perusal of Annexure -2 to the petition.
