Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016. 36 bottles containing near about 13 Litres Indian made foreign liquor were recovered from possession of the petitioners for which petitioners are in jail custody since 08.08.2018. Moreover, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, which is evident from Para-3 of the petition.
